indian visa woes...

just an update... i was informed by the indian consulate in toronto today that my visa application may be denied pending receipt of additional documentation. the consulate wants to know that my host organisation is recognized by the indian government. my flight is booked for four days from now, so this is a scary development! i received the info i need today from my supervisor in bangalore, so i think it may work out after all! i'll know soon...
